The Virginia Association of Licensed Child Placing Agencies was founded in 1976 to serve families in Virginia.

Our organization strives to share knowledge, skills, and information among our member agencies, effect positive change by working with governmental bodies, and foster closer relationships and cooperation among our member agencies.
